How To Branding On Wood?

Step 1: prepare tools (stamp, handle, wood product, butane/propane torch)

Step 2: install the stamp on handle, tighten with nut.

Step 3: install well and get a handle with stamp. About wood product, you can wet the surface slightly with a spray bottle , it is to reduce the temperature during branding and get clear logo.

Step 4: use butane/propane torch to heat stamp, heating time about 30-45seconds, stamp color is getting red slightly.

Step 5: you can test on scrap wood firstly, once confirm temperature reach, pressing on wood product 4-5 seconds, don't rock handle too much. Control branding time well, otherwise the logo won't clear

Step 6: check stamping result well, and all logo details come out clear.If possible, you can use sandpaper to polish logo part and make more clear.

Step 7: after branding, put stamp into water, stamp color will change back.
